Who I am

This website is run by Anna Woods, a marketing and business coach based in the UK. I am the controller of the personal information you share here. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email me at [email protected].

What I collect

• Details you give me, such as your name and email address when you join a waitlist, download a free resource or apply to work with me, plus anything you write in an application form.
• Purchase details when you buy something, such as your name, email, billing address and what you bought. Card payments are handled by the payment provider, and I never see or store your full card details.
• Email activity, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link, so I can send you things that are useful.
• Technical information, such as your device, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies by the website platform.

How I use it, and why I'm allowed to

• To send you what you asked for (a free resource, waitlist updates or a reply to your application). Basis: your consent and my legitimate interests.
• To send you marketing emails about my training, programmes and coaching. Basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To deliver anything you buy and to keep proper business and tax records. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information. I only share it with the services that help me run my business, and only as much as they need:

• Kajabi, which hosts this website, my forms, my email list and my courses.
• Payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal, which process payments.
• Calendly, if you book a call with me.
• Notion, where some of my free resources are hosted.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example in the USA). Where that happens, your information is protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU to US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

I keep your email details for as long as you stay on my list. If you unsubscribe, I keep only what I need to make sure you don't receive marketing again. Purchase records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Application forms from people who don't go on to work with me are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just email [email protected] and I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I'd really appreciate the chance to put it right first, though.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example, to remember your login or what's in your basket) and analytics cookies that help me see how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

I may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
